After looting someone in the arena the loot disappears usually 1 second after the timer is up, rarely am i able to collect it. This has been happening for the entire day and I've fought over 1,000 fights in the arena. I was curious if something has changed. I am only a VIP1 so i don't automatically claim the gifts, but I watch it click down to 0 and it's gone, or i'm waiting on timer to go down 5 minutes later i check back and the loot is gone.

This is getting very irritating. If i'm not in the arena screen I'm losing the looted treasure chest when timer expires to be able to collect it. Can someone please look into this? It says i'm suppose to have 10 minutes to claim it.

It's happening to every treasure chest, when the timer get to 0 it shoots up into thin air whether i'm viewing arena or not. I checked inventory and there are no additional items. Please fix.

In my experiance, it is possible for the looted to claim their stakes if they take it before the looter does,
except in the case of Treasure chests, so maybe I'm talking about the half-reward function I believe to have heard about.
However, it remains possible that Treasure chests are very prone to disappearing, so that's what I'd like to add to this information.

I thought that might be the case however these people are not online and the stakes continue to disappear. It seems also that this would defeat the purpose of looting someones stakes and having a 10 minute timer because they are literally instantly disappearing. If they were still able to claim them that shouldn't be the case as they have been taken, but at any rate, these people are offline as I often chat with the people i'm hitting.

Anytime you loot someone you only get half their stakes. Coin,Credits, and gems. The only thing you don't get half of is the chests. So for people that troll the arena like me I was only get half their items and now i'm getting nothing so it is becoming frustrating. I have no stamina and need materials,coins,exp,credits, whatever. To wait 30 minutes and watch it disappear over and over is painful.

As an update... I have to set a timer and right when it's gets to 00:00 i have to click as fast as i can as many times as i can to get the items which typically leads to saying failed to sync and i have to reload the game. If you loot something you should be able to keep it if they are unable to take it back. This is a major game flaw that needs to be addressed as the items just vanishes for no reason.

If I have 3 gifts in a row that end at the same time or within a second to about 3 seconds i have to choose to click them and have the game say fail to sync and reload or watch them vanish.

Now people are signing in and my stakes are disappearing after I take them with a minute left on the timer it poofed away like the noble lady and no they did not defeat me it just vanished.

For anyone curious on these, other peoples auto collectors would pick items up, i'm also losing some look in auto collector vs auto collect now that i'm vip3 but i'm getting a lot more loot now.
