cant claim reward because button is gone , i still have 1 reward left to claim but i cant because the button be beginner rewars is gone
pls fix it

After 7 complete days, the Beginners Rewards button disappears and I'm sorry to say you won't be able to claim the remaining quests.

I only managed 6 of the 7 quests so I understand its a tough call.

Yeah that's alot of bs too. You want us to pay to play the game, then you need a little better support than that. "Here's some rewards for you, but tough luck if your button disappears before you can claim it, btw our gem buying is 24 hours a day 7 days a week...help yourself"....If that's the case i'll spend my money on a different game. One where they appreciate the player's time and money. Because that same crap happened to me also. If there are rewards to claim, then until it's claimed leave the damned option to do so up there, or put a warning on it saying "claim or it will expire". If you can create a game, i'm sure it's not too impossible to do that.

It does give you a timer for when the prizes will expire. The forum mods can't make changes to the game, just pass the messages on to the devs.

pass away then......timer is for the quests, not the claims. finish said "quest" by a certain time or the offer expires, it doesn't say you have to actually claim it by that time just finish it to get the prize. this is why i do not invest money early on in games, because if the game play and or tech support isn't satisfactory all i lose is a little time. spending thousands on fb games and such over the years, i've seen both sides of the fence on support, and the ones who take care of it's customers/players are the ones that are still surviving and making money. making a few changes, that better the play experience only helps the game. like they did with the chest piece, now you just kill horseman...see satisfactory results! now return the option to claim rewards until they are all claimed or expired?!? completing the quests to get the rewards for a very nice prize package is a great idea for sales, but forcing people to claim them when they aren't ready to and then just stripping their ability to claim them after the fact is very very poor sales technique. if they want my money they'll have to do a little better than that lol.
