    guild players stats

    It would be great if it was possible to look at players stats from the guild. The host would be able to see who is growing and be able to help those that aren't.

    You can see their stats on Ranking. add them as a Friend so you have access to their stats. Hope it will help you.

    I have been doing that but i was looking for quick access to save me time and trouble.

    Still, it would indeed be nice to be able to look at your guildies' profiles straight from the Guild window. Just with a magnifying glass like in the Rankings window.
    (I didn't read the starting post as a call for help, but as a suggestion to improve the Guild window. )

    Or at least if this was something that was a little tough to code in maybe a search function on the rankings menu

    yes like evony had. Unless a player chats in ac you have to scroll through rankings to find them to even add as a friend. Unless there is an easier way that I have missed.
