I'm having an exceptional problem with PayPal taking my money and then telling me TYNON has to tell them that they gave me my 500 Gems. This is ridiculous. I am out $50CDN, and because PayPal is holding the payment, TYNON can't (or won't) give me my Gems. Yet to PayPal, it's TYNON who has to inform them that they delivered Gems so that PayPal will send them the money...>>>>????????? Why am I caught in the middle of this stupidity???? I've purchased more than 3000 Gems successfully, yet this one payment mysteriously can't be solved with a few clicks of the mouse from a TYNON employee????? So my other $300+ CDN was good enough for them but this last $50CDN isn't????
I've even opened a ticket, put in EVERY detail of the transaction... this one payment has been held for 8 days already!!!!
