I know you've heard all this before from others but the issue continues to tick us off. I'm not getting all my rewards ( reputations,gems,coins,ect.) unable to claim my guild benefits including treasure maps ect. It's not good business to offer one thing but deliver another or nothing at all. If you can't make things right for your paying members. I expect you to review my account and make( credit) ANY UNDELIVERED ITEMS. It would also be nice if you could correct the problem entirely. Do not expect me to take the time to post to you on a regular basis. If you can't satisy me ( and all that takes is for you to deliver what I'm due ) I'll be gone and you'll not see another cent from me & I guarantee you I'll advise anyone on Facebook and Twitter to avoid your game because you're not functioning properly and you don't seem to care or have the ability to correct the problems.
