Gems issue and server crashes

I have placed Gems on all my equipment, When I get more I check to see if I can upgrade, Pieces I KNOW i have placed Gems on no longer have them on it. I was placing Gems on my armor and saw the count of how many I had drop from 5 to 4, I tried placing another and it went to 3 Gems but none where on my Armor. Please look into this, I had removed all my Level ones to attempt to combine them, this condition happened after I this.

2nd I have lost alot of Stamina by crashes, my bad luck I guess, when in the Labyrinth. These loses has made it impossible to reach lvl 45 for the beginner reward. I am sure there is nothing that can be done. I wish the GMs and in game Moderators where on more, I used to be a GM on anther game and we would assist players that where on during a crash with some sort of an event or at least listen to thier gripes to lessen the loss.

Yea, an old school style sysop would definatly help thats for sure...
