Day 3, VIP1, still no tavern,arena,or formations tab.....logged in and out several times a day....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have no arena tab, no begieners reward tab, no auto level up tab, heroic realm tab, and my auto navagating is not working for most quests. i have tried different browsers have cleaned cache and tried different computer. please help

ive been having numerious problems. starting with not being able to log in next very long loading times to finally getting in to find missing icons 100k power loss and not being able to attack anything! what is gouing on? u fix bugs to creat more bugs? some of us r paying for this game like my self and cant even play. my beginer bonuses are going to expire and i was try to get them. how is this fair and how is uCool going to make it up to there customers?? chaldawg81@gmail.com

I was in before, not that u could do much of anything, loading times were at crawl speeds, I was disconnected several times, and now I can get the loading screen to go past 75%.
