loading problem not fixed been over 3 hrs of trying and still can't get on, and yes i've cleared my cache and tried different browsers and it still won't load.

Game keep loading till 99% and stop. i try use another computer also same problem even with another account, i try clear cache also cant. i live in australia . Please help.

im having that problem too, I can only log in in a crapy old computer from work, when I try to log in my main one it just get stuck in 99% and sometimes I get that black screen.

Hi Boroest. My system have completed restore to 23/6. But its still stop at 99%. And im sure that is game system problem. I dont want lost all my money and time that i spend here, im top 1 server and leader guild, if i cant online my guild mate will leave all. Sorry i cant send a private message to you because

Hi Guys

I am a regular player. I dont get upset about gaming because it is a game and i dont complain or moan about little things. But considering that im paying to play your game, i would expect a certain level of service.

Yes the server went down the other day and you compensated us with Coins and Credits. I am thankful for that (But the coins and credits dont last that long and you know that!).

BUT...

This loading screen thing at 99% is starting to annoy me. Hopefully you can compensate us with like 1000 gems this time, because for something like this, it is upsetting alot of people and im not one to complain alot... but hell... please fix this!

I have gotten this many times, but the other day I switched to full screen mode when I got black screen [I thought maybe graphics were just loading slow and the change of resolution might help...it didnt ] but I noticed that when I switched to full screen, guess what...I was ACTUALLY stuck at 99%, which was annoying. Now every time I get black screen, I jump to full screen and alas, it is actually stuck at 99%.

Also, I am getting stuck at 99% load this morning after a refresh I had to do following 5 minutes of waiting for a battle to engage, this happened right around the countdown to cerberus timer on Wrath of Odin.
