Sorry but I'm pretty sure waiting over 2 freaking weeks for an acknowledgment is "tight" enough. This is kind of a big deal for guilds to know since some of us are defending 2 cities a night while trying to cap back others. All you had to do was just post a quick response that it had brought to the Devs attention.
