    ok i have a problem, and please do not send me to support, they do nothing at all.
    again i have paid for gems, i have the receipt number, and email.
    i have waited since start of server for some gems and 4 cards from tavern and nothing has been done.

    i have the gems or i file for fraud.
    i have had enough of the excuses now

    thats 2 lots of gems and 4 cards

    thanks in advance

    and magically, 500 appear as soon as i submit this, ok one more purchase and 4 cards

    No I finished my post with one problem solved 2 to go. I also started my post with please don't tell me to go to support I am starting to believe they are incapable of supporting customers. I've already been down that route with no success.

    I think that payment related concerns are dealt with as priority, other problems are put into a queue. You will just have to be patient, I'm afraid.

    That said, PM Dawnseeker your reciept number and he may look into it for you.

    I have been paitient Hun. This started at the first or second day of Odin. I emailed. I had mail back saying they will sort it. There has been a week gap... Still nothing. How about a reversal. I get 10k gems ill pay whenever I feel like?
