Bug with guild techs(not working)

Ok I just tested today the guild techs and they are not working
I took one lvl of Devoutness exactly for test purpose, which should increase the offerings on shrine by 10%
nothing changed.. refreshed few times, cleared history logged back, still no change in offerings
So I guess all guild skills are broken and totally useless
Pls work on this to get fixxed

confirmed on my side, I have experience, credits, and shrine boost. None of them are being applied.

It is confirmed for me on my aco**** in bow of athena. I am definitely not receiving the bonuses as described.

i have done the techs too, thought it was just me, but i have noticed my exp isn't more or shrine...

I did techs too and didn't notice till someone in my guild made a comment.
