3 days now, disconnected and can't participate in Noble Lady. yet another day with 0 gems and absolutely nothing done to remedy the situation or compensate those utterly screwed over by it. Was already brought to their attention, nothing. Enjoy the glitched pos and gl all.

Ya im done. Some universal reward of gems to make up for all the crashes and missed out gems everyone got *shift eyes* would be nice. But honestly, im very annoyed with this. Just simple REMOVE her until you fix it. Don't let it keep coming up and crashing the system.

Yea it comes to a point of getting tired of it but have u notice they made a few changes to game when u log in today ???? couse i did so give them a few more days while they work it out hell we just testers for them we give them what we find screwd up so they can work on it as for the nobel lady i belive they relly need to focus a little more on her since its been crashing everytime it her time of event

Well I know when the noble lady pops up and you try to click on the Philosophers Stone, the coins you can just keep clicking over and over and they just keep dropping, of course you dont get to keep them, but I think a lot of people do this thinking you can keep them and thats got something to do with not being able to log in to it during that time, I do fine till I click on that to collect coins

Yes, glitches are accepted cos it's a Beta test.

However, when people are paying good money - the glitches need to be fixed and the people affected need to be compensated.

Or, just refund their monies!

Hey guys, this is a beta. There are going to be glitches and bugs and assorted problems and the point of the beta is to cause them and get them fixed early. There's not going to be any compensation for the server crashing because no one loses anything when the server crashes except that you can't log in.

If anyone is losing items they paid for or something along those lines, of course there will be compensation. We've been carefully addressing and fixing issues related to Gems and VIP status (like we did a few days ago) first because those are billing problems and they need to get a higher priority. Players definitely must get things they pay for.

Removing the Noble Lady would defeat the purpose of the beta. If you don't want to play in an environment where there may be a bug or glitch then I encourage you not to play in Beta. We'll be going live in the near future and you may enjoy the game more at that time, once many of the bugs have been identified and fixed.

We appreciate everyone who is helping us to beta test the game. You guys have been great and we've made enormous improvements to Tynon just since Beta started a week ago. Thanks so much!
