Heaven Tavern Bug

hello,

after refreshing heros i finaly chose the right card and recruited cianna. the screen showed the recruited sign on her but she didnt apear in my heroes or my formation window.

to fix it i reloaded the gamesite and i saw that my about 1000k credits were taken but stil no cianna in possesion.
after checking Tavern window again there were completly new heroes and timer reseted.

could somebody help or solve with my problem?

this has happened twice to me
I sent in a request to billing
and they have done nothing

I am owed 2 hero cards
and about 2m credits

You should've recieved an acknowledgement email, sent to the one you set your account up with or your secondary.

I'm afraid billing concerns take priorty over bug fixes. Yes it sucks and I completely understand your ire. Hopefully your concerns will be dealt with.

ya the same bugg has happened to me tho i was lucky only wasted 200k-300k on trying but when i clicked on tynon customer service i didn't see a link for bug report
also wat is weird i be havin gems n other stuff but seems like its not saving correctly

i send a request to the suport link, i hope they dont tell me again that they cant fix anything in the game and only solve billing problems... like they did in beta.
