I sent in a request to billing
and they have done nothing
I am owed 2 hero cards
and about 2m credits
ove rthe exact same bug
You should've recieved an acknowledgement email, sent to the one you set your account up with or your secondary.
I'm afraid billing concerns take priorty over bug fixes. Yes it sucks and I completely understand your ire. Hopefully your concerns will be dealt with.
