I have been stuck with the same guild for 4 days now. Missing Ambassador "Heal The Guards". I have healed two guards and I crashed. Then, I went back and healed the last one and still the portal would not open. Can someone do something please.

They have "Fix" this issue in the last update.
"Quest Fix: An early quest that requires the player to heal 3 friendly troops could be bypassed and lead to a broken state. This has been fixed."
Try cleaning your browser history, caches and cookies, also try using Google Chrome.
