Everytime I find her and tell her a story she gives me nothing but when she is clicked again she says I have received the reward come back in five mins. Then I get disconnected shrtly after and I can not log back in for atleast 1 hour sometimes more towards 2. She remove her if she is that buggy.

WTF is goin on i am now no VIP3 or Have no POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please fix the issues

We all get that same issue give it time to get fix there alot going on in the game they can only fix a few as they go but they will soon fix it for sure
But they wont compensate for the three days of no gems, happened here as well. It's ridiculous and I'm done.

Hmmm if they do that cool if not we cant say much since we are beta testers all we can do is put what going wrong here but keep in mind u maybe wont get it back since we are testers and the game is not at full release for the world
I found the noble lady, said I got gems as a reward, then an icon come up saying disconnected from server. When I was finally able to log on after 45 minutes of not being able to, all 320 gems were gone. Is there a way to get them back ? Every night during Noble Lady, I get disconnected. Maybe it would be better to just have a daily award of a set number of gems, coins and credits.
I suggest a 3rd Realm Boss for the Asia, Australia, late US, and early Europe timezone.
Heck, If they'd use the animation of the Noble Lady as the enemy boss, i'd whackit a lot ;D
Did you purchase Gems? If you purchased Gems and lost them, we'll definitely get on that (please let billing know).
If you're saying that you're upset because the Noble Lady quest didn't work, then I don't know what to tell you. This is a beta and there will be bugs. The entire point of a beta is to find them and sort them out. We're definitely not going to give out "compensation" for a mechanic that doesn't work. Especially since nothing was even lost. That would be ridiculous and defeat the entire point of the beta.
