Did you purchase Gems? If you purchased Gems and lost them, we'll definitely get on that (please let billing know).
If you're saying that you're upset because the Noble Lady quest didn't work, then I don't know what to tell you. This is a beta and there will be bugs. The entire point of a beta is to find them and sort them out. We're definitely not going to give out "compensation" for a mechanic that doesn't work. Especially since nothing was even lost. That would be ridiculous and defeat the entire point of the beta.
