Frustrated

SO everyday its lagging, crashes, losses gems, power and runes. Not to mention have had issues opening the rewards pkgs. I spent money in hopes to have a game I enjoy, and who do I complain to so I can get my money back? This is not worth the frustration of crashes, lag and not being able to get what the game claims to deliver. Its like 50 first dates doing the same thing over and over, but getting nowhere...lol... But The pay button works fine? Imagine that LOL!!!! I get this is a beta, but I have played other beta games with not even 1/4 of the issues with this one. I mailed a few people heard nothing back. Im outraged! Anyone know direct contact information for Tynon aka Evony?

Nice idea for a game if it can get fixed and be more credible, where you can actually make it through a battle without lag or have to refresh page constantly or lose items ESPECIALLY ones you paid for.

Kudos for fixing some of the lag but now the runes and power keep going down, yet taking the gold to pay for it not returning it when the rune disappears! None of the mails I have sent to admins in this game have responded. Guess next complaint is like a guy on facebook said, to paypal. I am so frustrated. I no longer will spend to this company unless they can resolve this and speak to buyers like they mean anything to them.

Power only fluctuates if you change something in your setup. What runes disappear and what causes it?

lag and I don't know. I will combine runes and try to move it...it will say x is combining with y and then just disappear. Happens everyday. SO I guess its just a part of the game I cant use? But needless to say, still no answers on who to contact? Today the runes did it again had a lvl 7 rune gone. Takes my coins for them though. I know this is beta by why waste my time to just lose things? Kinda redundant. With no answers or efforts to correct it nor even knowing if my voice is heard to get fixed, thought beta was to work out kinks for live game, not much interest for live game and wish I could have my money back at this point, Tynon does not seem to care. Yes, maybe power is supposed to only change when you change something and that ay be due to the rune losses, there has been many I cant name them all. But as I said, no coin return either when they disappear so you can see the frustration?

When you combine your runes, is just 1 of them disappearing or both? (Sorry if that question offends you but someone in my old guild complained about a rune disappearing and what I'm about to say was the issue.) When X combines with Y, Y will disappear, the experience accumulated will then go to rune X.

Furthermore if you click combine all, it will put all of the exp into the highest level rune (rank by color of name- yellow-->purple-->blue-->green) if you have multiple of the highest level in your inventory, it will merge all into the one closest to the 1st rune slot.

I've never had an issue with runes disappearing, but I know others have. I hope that my post here helps out with your issue and maybe even resolves it. If it does not, maybe it'll help someone with a similar issue, and I hope that we can have some resolution to your problem in the very near future.

Its fine for Closed Beta. Also, previous version of Tynon's players have came here to play, so players flow is big = lags. Why would you spend money for something you not owning and have no idea about - think about it.
