I'm having the same issue, cant claim my 4th daily chest and i cant claim my last carribean( first successful of the day) what's happening, hope i get my 5 gems and rewards still

I'm curious if the devs know that they should be looking in the General Discussion forum to find bugs? Because honestly, that just makes no sense to me.

It was members coming here to report problems, who posted their threads in various parts of the forum.

It was done for the members benefit, so they wouldn't think their threads have been deleted. Not everyone is forum savvy, so I do as much as possible to make it easier for everyone.

Can not claim either, error ship message shows. Refreshed, cleared cache, blah blah beta glitch. So..... yea...

sailed across to day and made it went hit mail and ok to collect but nothing happened now all I see is that little mail and after a few clicks on it says error ship

Odd situation arose. I was in labyrinth during my first sail. Crossed the sea without a problem. Unable to claim prize for crossing.

I clicked on envelope, but it does not open. Refreshed, still did not open. I did receive reward from assistant for completing the sail.

Like I said, odd situation.
