Cannot collect reward for successful voyage.

Its actually worse than NOT just being unable to claim reward, when I attempted to claim another map piece, it tells me i am still undertaking a voyage. My partner has successfully claimed the reward for the voyage. Any chance of at least a message letting us know what is going on??

Can not claim rewards.

The rewards are displayed, but when i click OK, I get the message "Error Ship"

Cleared cache, changed pc's, changed IP, changed browser, changed cities......

I just found that out also. -.-

Updates would be greatly appreciated at this point. It's really laboring game-play as far as voyage.. and quite a bit annoying having the "Successful Voyage" popup stuck on the screen (for me, at least). I keep forgetting I need to click a different place to remove it.. Bleh.

Got The same Proplem but dont get the Assistant for Sailing the Letter is allways 2 see I can click on it and push OKAY but nothing Happen

i think the things is theyre gonna fix it and as usual we gont get any stuff as compensation, ill lose 5 gems from the 4th chest

Just completed a successful voyage and the window won't let me select the rewards - it just hangs!!

I hope they realize, that if that's the case and it happens, they might be losing out on paying customers.. I'm hopeful, but not much.
