Cannot collect reward for successful voyage.

I hope they realize, that if that's the case and it happens, they might be losing out on paying customers.. I'm hopeful, but not much.

ive been waiting on bugs getting cleared before i started investing in the game, but this will be the last straw, if i dont get my rewards and 4th chest, they can stuff it!! so yeah. they are gonna loose paying customers!!

I also cant claim my rewards for pirates, envelope is there but button doesn't work to collect it, and it wont let me use my other 2 sails. Just another day in Tynon

just had the same thing
, so far i have cleared cache refreshed browswer , swapped browser , rebooted computer , and still i cannot collect reward from my first sailing , i am on 95 of 100 and without any chance to get to 100 unless i hand in , on top of the xps from my other 2 sailing ventures , the error is not on my side .

have done pretty much everything i can , s8 toon name denise , please fis soonest

I'm having the same issue. After i completed my voyage, the mail icon shows up on the bottom of my screen. However, when i click on the icon, it does nothing except give me the message "ERROR SHIP" in green. I can't even attack other boats because it says i'm on a voyage already.

Refreshing... deleteing cookies/cache... and even changing browsers didn't help.

After a couple refreshes, I could claim the rewards. I think the problem was fixed on Hammer of Thor.

claiming rewards was a problem, new problem is the inability to sail at all! Would like to sail my three times on the open sea

Light of Ra no one can get on a ship or attack someone on a ship.. those on ships can not get off. is someone looking into this ..

on Server 1 we have not been able to board ships for hours. I have cleared cache refreshed etc. GOnna be hard to collect assistant bonus with out pirates today
