Cannot collect reward for successful voyage.

I cannot click 'Okay' for successfully completing a voyage.
I've clicked multiple times, F5'd, cleared cache and history..
...I'm not sure what else I can do. Any help would be lovely.

Caribbean Pirates Success is still listed as incomplete in Assistant, even though I have finished it.
The notification won't go away either (the envelope)...
Nor will the successful voyage popup, when you click the envelope...
... It's essentially stuck on my screen. -.- Can't really get past it...

And to think this was my first successful voyage, too. Jeez..

I hope this will be resolved and I will get my reward.

i have successfully crossed and my rewards have come up, but i cant collect them!!?? nor am i getting my task completion in assistant. help please

I have the same problem :/ the sign is stuck on my screen ... and now it say error ship ...

It got a little stuck for me earlier on. Try refreshing and do a cache clear out, see if that works.

If not, come back and let us know.

I just finished a Caribbean Pirate sail, and when I click on the "Claim" button for my reward, nothing happens. Every once in a while I can see a floating "Sail Error" text float up when I click it. I stole another map piece just to see if I could sail again to clear it up, but I can't board the boat with it. I get an error saying I am already on a boat.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix it, or do we think the reset at midnight will clear it up?

Did you even read my original post? I did that. It didn't work.

Also, why was this moved? It's a bug, not a general discussion about Tynon. I know the difference. This is an issue for obviously quite a few people. Why wouldn't it be posted under Bug? I work on a gaming site, so I do know the difference.

I merged a group of threads being started in different parts of the forum. I'm putting them together so the devs can see them more clearly.

EDIT: I've now moved it back to bug reports, it was done this way so people can locate their original thread since a move icon is left in it's place. I hope that explains it for you.

I also cannot claim rewards, the OKAY button doesnt work. and I got the error before I refreshed the first time. The symbol is still displayed on my screen and the assistant says I still havent successfully completed a voyage.

hi, so I completed a treasure hunt successfully but cant claim the reward. I tried refreshing but it doesn't help. I click the envelope and the ok to claim and I see 'error ship' in green writing floating upwards on the screen.

I play on another server and a guildie is having same problem too.

Any suggestions on how to claim it?

I'm curious if the devs know that they should be looking in the General Discussion forum to find bugs? Because honestly, that just makes no sense to me.
