Quest wont finish

Ive killed all the monsters but im stuck on the same quests. Auto navigation wont work and the quest wont update. O yea, i forgot to mention that i killed the monsters before getting the quest. I teleported there before finishing my old quest by mistake, because the area was accessible.

Well, im not the most patient person in the world, so i just made a new character.

This seems to be a common problem and I am now stuck on server 29 and cannot unlock Whispering Woods rewards even though it has long been completed. Can a dev please get this sorted urgently?
As a guild manager I cannot just shut up and create another character and this bug is seriously going to hamper early progression.

I am having the same problem with whispering woods the beginner rewards says that its not complete but i'm already passed golden forest and in the tunnel of the cursed high lands now dev's what are you going to do about this didn't get my rewards for ragnarok and now this i'm about to quit and that will be money lost.
