break just decreases the chance of being blocked, it isn't necessarily just for counteracting a blocking rune or character. I too had many issues with shayd at the start (and she still misses too much) but after adding hit rating and break runes she has gotten a lot better. Hit rating alone didn't work, and break alone didn't work. I think some runes actually work together in a way such as these 2 ... also placement in formation plays a big key in how often she stuns as wellSo break which is to break a blocking rune increases hit rating? Precise rune which is for hit rating doesn't seem to increase the hit rating. I think her stun happens often when her attack lands, my issue is getting her attack to not miss. Otherwise she can't be used for pvp. If someone misses 3 rounds in a row with her the fight is over lol. If a break rune increases hit rate i'm game to try whatever.
