Just wanted to add my thoughts. Starting in Beta I got Karthus and fell in love for banishments. When I first started using her for PvP, I wasn't impressed. Seeing as I am a bit lazy and didn't have another hero with full upgraded equipment and runes, I started playing around with her to leave her in formation full time. Since then I have also gotten Shayd on Beta and I run both, full time. I also finally got Shayd on live server and she is a full time hero. Her hit rating isn't the best, but I get more stuns from her then I see Cianna get. The runes I try to use are Vitality, Intenseness, Preciseness, and Nimbleness. I am also currently trying a Burliness in Beta since she can be very frail. I find that, formation being key, she can take a beating, dodge a good bit, and when she does hit cause destruction. I am working on my live Shayd, but both my Beta girls hit for around 15K-18K. Just my thoughts on the matter...
I am on a winning streak over 1000 in the arena and i'm ranked number 1 for my realm. I don't even run preciseness on cianna and her stun lock works almost everytime. I am assuming that your taking into account not every hit from Cianna can even be a stun lock as it is a skill move not a regular attack. In my opinion Cianna is one of the best heroes in the game.
As far as the shady's hitting hard, yes they do, in the rare event they do make contact with anything but air. I have 3 lvl 4 rubies embedded that i will never take off at the expense of 100 gems to remove and put a stronger one on.

Yes, this is exactly my feeling. If you get Cianna a full Cirius Equipment set, I think she would be BOSS and beat Shayd hands-down. Heck, even with Ironheart she would probably beat out Shayd since she would skill hit 2X more...But Shayd's hit stats for some make me feel they should change her name, again, to Shady
Shayd is a good hero with the right runes hit rateing , magic attack , dodge and health are the main ones..don't know if break for mages
i dont really like Shayd... i almost got all the golden hero but I think i may kick Shayd soon as I've already kicked smoulder's ass.
In the forums we give the devs a hard time. But someone at UCool is not a dumb as we think. Every Legendary hero is unique. From Alexa to Bloodstorm. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. There is no One END ALL BE ALL formation for everything. Every player you fight is unique, the bosses change in HR as you progress. The quests bosses change as you progress. What worked today may not work well for what you are doing next week. A here you have never liked may be the only thing that can get you past a boss you are on. Give the devs some credit with why every hero is the way they are. There is a reason. This is also probably why they are taking forever releasing a new one for Major Title. I know TOP players who have had a hero for quite a while - never really used it, and are just now 6 weeks later or more finding a new use for it, that not everyone has thought of.
Absolutely agree. I feel like when I play this game I am in a cheap carnival where hucksters are tricking kids into spending their pennies on no-chance-to-win rigged whack-a-mole contests. They bait you in then punish you with cruel and mean spirited losses as much as any deviant low-class carny worker I have ever seen. Makes me wonder about the character of the game designers and marketing department and if I want to give them a cent of my money. The Star system and sanctification system is bogus and deceptive too. No normal thinking person would imagine that if a star upgrade fails you not only lose those stars but also the stars you already have successfully installed! That's just MEAN SPIRITED. Then I have had two sanctifies fail at 100% (first card) as well as 90%. BS. STOP THE FLEECING with cheap low-class deception parlor-tricks.
