Fair glitch

I went to buy some gold for gems in the fair, i immediately noticed i didn't get any gold and had lost 300 gems, Come to find out i bought valla for 279gems i don't know how it happened but i definitely didn't want to spend half of my gems on a purple hero, This also happened to me yesterday and i lost two gems but i didn't care enough to post, Please help me.
