Bug with The Heaven Tavern

Hello all idk if this has been posted before but i went through three or four pages on forums and didn't see anything about this. sorry if there is a post involving this. Well i was lucky enough to get Cianaa in the Tavern but whenever i click on the Recruit with the 500,000 credits it says i recruited her but my credits haven't gone down and it will not let me use her. i have refreshed the game 5 or 6 times. every time i refresh i lose the credits and got to regain them but i can not keep getting them cause i also upgrade using talents and such which do take my credits down but when i go to claim her i can not cause of it sad that i got lucky and a bug is stopping me from getting her
