The forum rules are visible to all members and it's what you agreed to when you created your forum account.
The forum is limited to helping people with in game issues because there isn't the facilities available for dealing with one to one cases. My suggestion has always been to contact the CS (billing support) department and alert them to your problem.
Dawnseeker does his best, but he can only do so much.
As for me fixing the bugs, I don't work for Tynon I'm just a volunteer helping with the forums. In game issues are way put of my jurisdiction.
