    As for me fixing the bugs, I don't work for Tynon I'm just a volunteer helping with the forums. In game issues are way put of my jurisdiction.
    I know what the forum rules are, but if i got no response, stuck 6 days in quest loses the most of the beginner rewards which are plenty of gems and other stuff it sucks.
    A response as we know the issues we work on it and maybe a sentence if we got a chance to redo our lost beginner reward would be nice and it would be a good customer support.
    Ignore us with our problems which come from the game not from the User only show up, yes we want your money, if u got problems ingame leave us alone, u missing rewards haha your fault and not our mistake.
    Maybe the game is new and bugs are usual, but i saw so many bugs in the last day and hear them in chat, that i really ask me if they ever tested before?
    Btw after 6 days now my problem is gone fixed .
