i go auto level in a zone and it states 782 exp , but i been getting 749 , and no i check its not creds . also my rep rank says i should get 10% increase......so why i get less !?

The text is wrong. If you actually decided to calculate how much you gained you would have realized that you actually gained slightly over 10%
