Level 60 rewards package in hiding

My level 60 reward package no longer shows. (currently level 50) Asked other 50's about theirs and apparently I'm the only one missing it. Not going to get angry about the constant bugs outside beta, but a fix would be appreciated.

This is still a current report, the 60 rewards package is gone entirely. In addition, I am unable to fight anything. Fight will load to 29%, 35% or 45%. Afterwards the only outcome is the load meter freezing. (waited an hour on one attempt just to clear the 'not waiting long enough' solution) Fixing these problems asap would be greatly appreciated.

Beautiful, apparently the 50 quest was completed during none of the attacks going through. Refreshed multiple times and in doing so apparently missed the 50 quest rewards (coins/credits and card choice)

Again, I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FORUM MODS DO NOT CONTROL THE GAME. So this message is for the Devs.
This is NOT BETA. We have been through (or thought we have already finished that) all the beta bugs/glitch crap. This is live. You are getting paid for this. You had ample time to prepare for how to fix these bugs and glitches. SO DO IT.
