Character Bugged

I dont know what happened but after all this server reset stuff I cant not chat at all...also the roaming lady (whatever her name is that gives you 100k-1mil credits) is no longer appearing for me. I see my guild saying in guild chat where she is at but I dont see her there....

The main problem though is that no matter how many times I re-log I can not chat. Nobody can see me in Realm OR guild OR whisper OR messages and i even wasted 5 gems on a WORLD chat that didnt go through.

Can we sort this out as soon as possible please?

People can hear me now it seems..and I can now see the Lady Guenevere but when i click on her for the first time each spawn it says "you have already claimed this reward"


Also, Id still appreciate the 5 gems i wasted trying to send a message to world that didnt even go through.

This is getting seriously ridiculous...i bought a bunch of stuff at the fair after opening my kings bounty for the day...i got back on and all my gems were refunded but the stuff i got from my kings bounty completely disappeared. WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON. Sorry for the language but seriously i cant do anything without glitching, not being able to chat, disconnecting, and getting screwed......

Today I spent gems to boost my power three times for Cerberus....got a notification saying "Tynon has become better click here to experience it" and now im stuck loading at 99%.

Can we get an answer in this forum or is it just for show. If I don't get some information soon im going to contact paypal and just tell them the site is a fraud and to refund the $200 I spent.
