won shayd gold card in tavern, paid 2.1mil said added to cards server crashed no card

I play on the Light of ra west coast server in the forest realm user name sherah. I won the gold card Shayd in the heavens tavern, I recruited her paying like almost 2.1 million credits. it said the card was added to my invintory. shortly after that the server crashed. I was unable to log back on to the game for a few hours. when I was finally able to get back on there was no card in invintory. after spending real money buying gems and trading hundreds of those gems buying credits to use to try and win purple or gold cards and more gems flipping extra cards (with little luck), I finally win a good one then never get it. later that day i spent more credits in heaven tavern to try my luck again and lady luck on my side I win the shayd card again, pay for it and it does show in invintory. This win should/would have made shayd a level one saint. With all the money I have spent, anyway yall there at ucool/tynon can make this right?

this has happened to me, and i emailed support, and got a reply saying it will be fixed, sorry to tell you that this aint been fixed yet. Been waiting quite a while now, so just email support and explain and hopefully they like you more than they like me. GOOD LUCK!!

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. Amongst the chaos I purchased Saffron's card, it was there in my inventory, the game crashed again and my card for Saffron was gone when I was able to reopen the game today!
