during the ridiculous loading issue tonight, I froze during noble lady. I decided to refresh my browser. Doing so was excruciatingly painful. Out of frustration I made 2 comments in world chat using 2 of my 7 speakers.
well, those two messages began spamming over and over and over. I looked and saw I had no speakers left due to this. So I really didn't care about that, but I refreshed yet again and when I came back up I noticed I was missing about 150 gems. I had a large quantity of my beginners gems left as well as the 50 gems from hitting lvl 50 plus some from arena the past couple days.
I can only assume that, like using up my speakers due to a glitch spamming my world chat message repeatedly, it then began to eat 5 gems per message until I had zero gems left. That's where I sit now. From approximately 150 gems to zero. Zero.
I will say I can tolerate a buggy game such as this so long as customer service makes things right when they go wrong. What I can't bring myself to accept, is a buggy game with no customer service to set things straight when those bugs create havoc.
