Champions Sword plans

I know theres been a bug where if you finish below top 10, itll either say you placed 10th and show you the drops for 10th place, or will say you placed "0" and only show rep and either coin or credit (small amount), but today I placed 7th in Cerebrus event, and it said yet again that I had gotten plans for Champion Sword, 230 something rep, and an emerald. I did receive the emerald, coins and rep promised, but the champions sword plans did not drop. Seems it is a bug with the champion sword plans itself.

i did not receive my champion sword plans, lvl 3 ruby, or my contribution points, and i placed 10th in the baal event today. i have the screen shots of my awarded page and my inventory showing i didnt get either. this is not the first time i have not received my awards from the baal event.

OK. this time, in the Baal fight, i finished 3rd place and got Champions Helmet Plans. I screenshotted the notification saying I won it, and turns out I actually did get the item. When i placed 7th on cerebrus, i got everything but the champions sword promised...

Now, when i was placing under 10th place in these events, it would ALWAYS say I placed 10th, even if i was below, and show the drops for 10th place. I would not receive those drops, but i did get some rep coins and a jewel or something for the fight... What I am thinking is that there is an error in what it displays, that it shouldnt be showing champions gear drops for somewhere between 4th-7th place and under but it still is, and same with 10th place and under... Here is the screenshots or me actually getting the item when i ranked 3rd.

Over the next few events, it would be nice if we could narrow down exactly what levels the mis-showing of rewards starts happening as that could be a good start to getting it fixed.

If people could also post screenshots of them NOT getting the drops they are shown, and post what place you took in the battle it could help give an idea as well.

We're aware some people aren't getting rewards for killing Realm Bosses, and we're working on it. Hang in there.

i placed 5th in the baal event today and i got my gem but not sword plans i know this is a bug your working on as you mentioned above but are you correcting the issue by sending out those rewards?

Twice this has happened to my account. Once today and once this weekend. They need to fix this soon.

It's rare in a Beta that the players will be compensated for items they didn't receive unless they purchased them with real money. The reason they don't tend to compensate for it is because then they would be focusing their programming efforts into compensating players rather than fixing the issues that are causing the non-receipt of an item. I'm sure that everyone would rather them fix the issue rather than continually compensate for the issue and be making no head-way in getting it corrected. Also, please remember that this being the Beta server it is very likely that you won't keep the item or your character when the first server goes live anyhow, so them fixing the issue rather than compensating seems doubly important.

They aren't getting the items because they were NOT in the top10 rankings. The problem is that its alerting too many people that they won something. When really they weren't even close to the top 10. The real top ten players on the list got their stuff, its the other hundred who think they won that are complaining about it. I did too at first til I realized what the problem was.

Not entirely true.

Today I got #4 in Baal. Was promised a level 4 topaz and 1 champions sword plans.

The topaz was in my inventory. The champion sword plans weren't.

Imho, its a problem with the item, not the rankings.
