Hey we really do appreciate you hanging in there yesterday during the outage. We sent everyone a Thank You package today in appreciation.
I do want to take a minute to address the issue of "compensation." Compensation would be something that is owed to you because you lost something due to our fault. If you're simply unable to play, this is not a compensation issue. Outages do happen on the internet and we can't reasonably go around paying out every player, every time there's an internet hiccup.
In this extreme circumstance, we sent out the Thank You Package because of the severity and duration of the outage, and because we want you to know that its not something that is normal for us. We've already begun taking steps to prevent this happening in the future, and our commitment to you is we'll always work to improve server stability and your game experience.
Thanks for sticking with us. 
@Ricblasko I've sent a note to our CS team letting them know you have had gems disappearing from your account without any explanation. This is not a bug I've ever heard of from any other players, so we definitely need to figure out what's going on.
