Spent the items and gained 2 stars and they just disappeared from my character after all the lagging issues and being able to get on. Missed out on rewards because of the server kicking me during Bal fight. I have invested in the game and would appreciate the courtesy of either reimbursing me in the game if you'd like me to continue to play or refund what I have invested financially to play a game.
