remove time limit for claiming Beginner's Rewards?

Will the time limit for claiming Beginner's Rewards also be removed?
There are many reasons why a player can't claim a prize during the specific Beginner's Rewards day, although the requirements are fulfilled in time.

Especially when those reasons are the game's technical issues (bugs in Day 5 Horseman, downtime yesterday, the icon for Beginner's Rewards disappearing before 7 days are over ^{[1][2][3][4][5]}) and the delays in the character's progress caused by those issues, it would be more than reasonable to allow the players to claim the Beginner's Rewards after the 7 days are over (and also very reasonable to allow the players to complete the tasks after they expired...).

Indeed, since the downtime yesterday i wasnt able to gain the 2 levels i needed for the day 6 reward and those 130 diamonds arent that useless.

I fully agree as I missed out on day 6 & 7 due to your server issues and the loss of those rewards have greatly hampered me where others have been able to advance greatly with them if they weren't as affected by the lags, disconnects, rewards not recieved when due,disappearing items or rewards, getting only half rewards when we paid the cost for full rewards ect ect ect. I have yet to have a GM respond to my complaints. What must I do to get your attention. I WILL NOT spend any more funds to buy gems until I hear from someone and recieve some credits for what I was "cheated" out of.
