I fully agree as I missed out on day 6 & 7 due to your server issues and the loss of those rewards have greatly hampered me where others have been able to advance greatly with them if they weren't as affected by the lags, disconnects, rewards not recieved when due,disappearing items or rewards, getting only half rewards when we paid the cost for full rewards ect ect ect. I have yet to have a GM respond to my complaints. What must I do to get your attention. I WILL NOT spend any more funds to buy gems until I hear from someone and recieve some credits for what I was "cheated" out of.
