arena loot disappears at 0:00 seconds

My arena loot for one player is disappearing when it reaches 0:00. The player did not attack to reclaim and has lost to me numerous times and still it disappears for him and anyone that he has looted first. I am on Bow of Athena Dark realm. This is beginning to be annoying. lol

they are possibly vip3 of which it is auto collected, now the interesting thing becomes a vip3 auto collect vs a vip3 looter with auto collect. The game doesn't seem to know what to do. I get most but not all loots now.

Thanks Legolas. He seems to be able to seize my loot without a fight too. I click his picture and win it is still there. I click his arena pic and he is still there. I beat him five times before the time ran out and he got my loot. If this was Evony I would be thinking one thing. LMAO. If tynon is going to give autocollects out they dont need the bots. Now do they?
