Revenges can be annoying yes. But are they supposed to be fun?

Isnt that disrupting game? Is that how things supposed to be? Its fine to lose your arena rewards if someone revenge you during accepting them? Or its just descreption bug, cus when i opened another 10 diamonds bonus - it gived only 5 of them as well but i wasnt revenged.
Once a revenge is successful they can not revenge you back on 'that' revenge. A player may have more that one revenge outstanding against you, one for each time that you attacked (win or loose) him or successfully revenged him.

There was a bug that allowed players to continue to revenge after the revenge was successful but that was fixed about a month ago.

Failed revenge attacks need to cost that attacker some coin & credits. Nothing more is required to restore game balance to the concept, though being forced to watch it is absurd. I'm routinely attacked by clowns that I cannot even go attack in the field in response because they are too low level & I'm not allowed a revenge attack on them because they lost. There is absolutely nothing I can do about them & that is simply stupid from all angles. If they are going to disrupt my game just filling their stupid assistant tasks or just to be jerks (somehow 90% belong to 1-2 guilds), then they should pay a price for the privilege of making those attacks but losing. Either charge them directly for losing their own attack or give me a revenge button to deter them myself. (I don't care if I don't get what they lose, just deprive them of something of value... coin, credits, experience, stamina... whatever) Letting them break up the flow of my game without allowing a respons makes no sense at all. It certainly has no connection to reality. (feel free to go out in the real world & punch some person who can clearly kick your ass, then see if there isn't a penalty for your stupidity) A PvP game implies there are penalties for losing, but Tynon only penalizes the victims in their ill-conceived version of this classic phase of gaming. The current setup is just plain stupid & this is one area where paying customers draw a lot of attention. Not good business sense by Tynon at all.

However, those complaining that they are losing something when revenged in the banish events are wrong... you keep auto-fighting as long as you have that switched on, even though you cannot see it. I fought a running battle with a future guildmate all through Cerberus one day... somewhere around 14-15 fights between us if I recall... but I finished in the top 8, which was as good as I was able to do at that point. It is incredibly annoying but cannot cost you anything but the second or so you save by starting yourself in motion before the program does so for you. There is a lot about revenge that galls me & needs fixing, but this just isn't a valid gripe within my experience.

Blackwidow, Heart of Dragons... It's not that I'm old, your music really does suck.

The rep loss is infinitesimal compared to what you could win.

I agree with the suggestions here:

Failed Revenge Attempts should have a corresponding consequence to the Revenger.
