PLaque Professor won't engage in Battle

This is the third day now that I need to get past the Plaque Professor. When I get to him it says preparing for battle 100% and then freezes up, I have to refresh to get back into the site but I can not get past the Plaque Profeesor thus I can NOT advance in the game map. This is another reason why I've missed out on items I should have recieved . I've lost MANY MANY gems ( for boosts ) in Cerberus, been knocked out several times from top 10 because of disconnects and re-loads sometimes not being allowed back into the fight. Same for Baal to a lesser degree but still some. Yesterday one heavy hitter attacked another heavy heavy during the fight and for what ever reason it came up on my screen, I had to sit there and watch this loooong battle between these two while missing out on the fight and achieving credit for missed rounds. I wish to get a reply to my complaints and concerns, I will not spend another dime on the game till I hear from someone and recieve remuneration for my losses. We depend on you to present a working game,software and hardware, most of us are paying members. Please do not continue to ignore me. I would like to continue with you,I do enjoy the game and the other members but when it comes to the point that i is more frustration than fun there'll be no point to coming back ...and I'm about at that point. Oh, have I mentioned that I'm "mad" ??? After many attempts to activate the battle I was taken to a room I had not been taken to before, it was the room preceding the execution chamber (where the professor is) I was able to clear the room with no problems but then it took me into the execution chambers again and the cultists I had eliminated before had all respawned. Now when I approach the cultists the game freezes as before. Seriously this is now three full days that I haven't been able to advance in the game and I have no idea what to do. My advancement has been stopped and I have missed out on rewards and power upgrades galore. Please resolve the issue asap
