    Morgan le Fay - I have asked Customer service for help. It's getting no where. I paid for Gems, I use Gems, game locks up, I do not get the use of Gems, or get anything back as I can not play, but they say, they were delivered. Well giving me something I paid for and taking it back right away is not the same as me getting to use the item.
    Maybe PayPal will have better luck?

    I can't comment on what CS told you as I'm not an employee of Tynon.

    All I can suggest is to send in copies of your reciepts, see if that helps.
