I agree, they do update in middle of baal on thunder of zeus very frustrating.. ppl stay on line just for that even so they can gather rep, ruby, plans... and u do update then..
Pls apply updates per server from 2am till 6 am when noone is online, just a friendly advice so you dont make ppl upset...
the world/realm chat is outrages.. ppl are cursing and flaming with reason..

The refresh completely screwed things up for me. My character broke to the point where I could not use it. Philosopher doesn't work, Cerberus event didn't work, I would run half way to meet the Cerberus and then stand there as if I was dead but everything was in full colour. I couldn't talk in chat because no one could see what I was saying. Anything I did in the game did not get saved, it just kept reverting me back to what I had before the refresh. I've cleared my cache, cookies, I've closed my browser, even gone as far to RESET my computer during the Cerebrus event. Nothing worked. NOTHING. UGH! Apparently I wasn't the only one this happened to either. Next time, save your refreshes for after these events because it clearly causes too many unforeseen issues.

well if u work in gaming industry its normal for a developer to have these working hours, so all players can have non frustrating/pleasant gaming experience during day...

I'm still locked up where not everything is working, and them doing their little reset in Ceb, after I spent Gems to boost, cost me those Gems. Maybe PayPal will have better luck getting me taken care of, for the money I spent.

Identical thing happened to me as well. The updates during the day is fine but during a daily event is ridiculous. It took me over an hour to get back online today after the update to come back to no reward from the event, lost gems, and no comp. And how hard is it to get a server with enough memory to run the game with the amount of players you have on each server. Easy fix for the constant DC'ed is to upgrade the server memory.
