Compensation Package Missing - Philosopher's Stone not working

Thank's for the compensation, but you should be aware as to when you make a move in the game and not do it during scheduled events. You gave it in Cerberus and I was not able to attack him the whole fight due to reloading and refreshing for the entire fight. I was jammed up and game function was completely halted.

In addition, I have not actually received the comp package as of yet in spite of numerous refreshes and reloading.

My Philosopher's Stone has also stopped working. I am getting no coins from Philosopher's Stone at all. No coins = no play

My P.Stone is not working either. And since they locked us up in the Cerberus fight, I lost all of the Gems I used to boost before it started.

i got the same problem here, but the p,stone is fixed after refresh the compensation pack still didnt arived

I didn't receive the compensation package from the power outage..nor is anything being added from rewards regularly...sometimes it works other times it doesn't and gems won in the arena are also not being added

dont expect to get one i already had my auto awnser message from tynon back to the problem it seems its the same crackhead that awnsered on evony helpdesk awnsers here. its so frustrating gething a stupid awnser that makes no sence back

yes thats the awnser but it didnt no coins for me no credits for me even its auto non where there.
it ruined baal i was only able to fight it once afther that it only kept loading and loading but nothing happened. then people where cheering abouth free stuf i only did get the lousy mail saying i would get but did get non
