when am i gonna get the gems i have lost through boosting the cerb / baal fights and couldnt get back in not to mention god knows how many millions of credits we pay money for an advantage in the game and one we dont get it and 2 30% of the time we cant even play properly i thought evony was bad but sheeesh.

he has a valid point, Tynons game servers are messed up and its NOT in beta so there is NO excuse for the 100s of gems lost and not returned. its THEIR fault for this problem and not ours. we were simply playing the game how it was SUPPOSED to be played. what? do we need to be conscious of something like "Hmmm maybe this wont work because its supposed to work"? NO a game that advertises something and what I pay for is what i expect to get. Thanks for trying though.

if you dont get your gems back then you just do a chargeback as you are not getting what you pay for its part of the consumer credits act

I lost over 100 gems when the servers were down for the black out - I complained about it and they gave me back 50 gems - lol. Also, I am not getting the coins I am winning in Heaven Palace...sheesh.
