Defeat all of the Undead

Hi. I'm stuck at this quest. I was level 15 and I went into the the arcana academy and killed all of the undead before finishing my previous quest, something with tracker. Please Help Me

I'm stuck at this quest as well. I can't seem to enter the portal, I don't know if it's broken or what's going on but I've been stuck at this same spot for about 4 hours now and can't move ahead.

If you could post screenshots or anymore information regarding this in my thread either on bug reports or Technical issues, it would be beneficial to us both, i might be able to help with this one, however i'm not a staff member or forum moderator, but i have figured out some fixes for portals, appreciated.
