Hi,

When applying STARS to upgrade hero's - if the upgrade FAILS - it also DELETES a STAR you have already successfully applied!!

Please fix - AND give me my 18 STARS BACK

That's how the system works, it's not a glitch...

Then it should be stated that that is what will happen!!

It's not acceptable to find that if you are applying a 6th STAR, that you can lose all 5 of the ones you have (which you have already paid for) - just so Tynon can try and get you to buy more GEMS to buy yet more STARS to still end up worse than you started. Once people have been bitten too many times by this 'feature' they won't bother anymore.

AND - to just fob things off and blythly state 'that's how the system works' is just not good enough. That just means to me, and demonstrates to other players that there is no effort, thought, justification, care, professionalism or customer satisfaction, and is an apt reply from developers and marketeers who just can't be bothered and don't give a toss!!

Is there any REAL reason for this Beta Test, or is it just a Tynon gimmick to rip off more cash??

The stars failing at first was a little agrivating. But has started to make me ready to give this game up.
I have not been able to get my main hero past level 3. I get him to level two succesfully and then when trying level 3 poof back to 1. This has happened to me 5 times. This is unacceptable and if you want people to continue to try to advance their heros you have to fix it. You can't just say "This is how we designed it." For one it makes it look like you could care less about your customers or your beta. The point of a beta is to work through the glitches, adjust issues with game play, and ensure customer satifaction. Well if you continue to take from the players in this manner you will ultimately loose your customer base. We will see if you actually care and if there is any point to the beta as I have seen a lot of people complaining about this.

It is clearly stated, however In my mind I felt the same. I think there is some confusion with the medals which are shaped as stars, and the stars.

I felt I would loose my Stars (actually the medals) with upgrade fail and did not realize it was star power until I lost them.

You will lose 1 Star and applied medals if you fail
