yes, tavern is rigged and not random, if its random, there should be 20% a card appear at a certain spot, but i used 25m credits in 1 go, pick the middle spot for all the time, in 500 times that i refresh and have 200 spirits (100 times purple/golden heroes appeared) and not 1 time i got it. So CONCLUSION: no its not random....

its random i got lucky i got last night Saffron its all about luck! i been getting a few puple's and gold's come up for me most times i miss them alot of the time im a vip 3 i don't spend gems on 2nd try its just a waste of gems

I have had the fortune of getting a pre shuffle refresh of 2 purple and 2 golden. Guess which one i got? Right the grey one. The way the tavern is rigged is extremely frustrating, especially when i see some people who have gotten almost every purple and golden card already.

I understand that the chances are supposed to be low, but spending well over 15m credits for no reward is just plain stupid. There should be either a progressive % increase in flipping the purple/golden card, or just a flat 1/25% chance of flipping in from a board of 25 possibilities( as soemone mentioned earlier).

Theres a reason some people have almost every gold and purple hero. They spend a lot more then that in the tavern. Now some do not, because they spent alot in the tavern at very low levels and got lucky. If i remember at level 30 a refresh only costs about 15k credits versus almost 60k at level 59.
It's not how much you spend neccesarily - its how many times you have refreshed.
I have gotten 3 puprles in a week spending 3-5 million in credits a day in tavern refreshing
then i went about 3 weeks without getting one legendary hero spending the same amount if not more.
Then I got 2 in the same day.

You will spend billions in the tavern eventually.to get every single legendary. I have at this moment gotten all purples (alexa form explorer's pack), rhize and shayd, plus sainted saffron 4 times and cianna once. Plus passed on a chance to get alexas card twice because I do not use her any more. I have 728 spirits. and received 14 opportunities to recruit a legendary hero after shuffle. I always pick the middle card. I never use gems for a second chance. SO doing the math I have gotten a legendary hero less then 4% of the time one has appeared in tavern. Which one appears in the tavern for me about 1 out of every 5 refreshes (and that is probably a generous estimate - it might actually be much worse) so that works out to be about .007% chance of getting one period.

Now some would look at my hero list and saintings and go "lucky" and others might say "rigged" - I say lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of refreshing.

Also i would say this.

No where are your chances of getting the hero you want or any particular hero stated in the game

When you click refresh, what hero you pick is already predetermined before you even shuffle, just like battles are pre determined and you are just watching the fight screen for the mere enjoyment of it. In fact I would say the next X amount of heroes you will pick are predetermined and stored in the memory. I say this because i have been disconnected while in tavern, when i come back the credits i just spent refreshing are back, and the refreshes I get using the same credits again produce the same results as before. The hero you are going to pick after a shuffle is on the screen with 4 other random heroes.
Those 4 other heroes are there just for show and maybe to give you spirit tokens. If you think there is a Chance you can pick which hero you are going to get after you have clicked refresh, by picking the right card - you are just fooling yourself. It is predetermined in advance by the program. Everyone has the same chances. The only rip off is the VIP bonus of flipping extra cards for gems. That does not improve your chances at all. It may speed things up and get you to the next legendary you were predetermined to get. And save you a few refreshes. But that's it and its a total waste of gems. The only time that would come in handy is if you have 4 legendaries, and pick the one non legendary. Then the gems would guarantee you one. But I am betting that if you just refresh a few more times you will get the a legendary with in the next 5 times one appears in the tavern.

This being rigged feeling is because we have this preconceived notion. When we see that screen we think 3 card monty or something to that effect. But that is an illusion we ourselves create when looking at the tavern.

Its not rigged - its predetermined and your chances of getting a legendary are less then 1/10 of 1 percent for each refresh you do. You just have to keep refreshing and refreshing and refreshing and refreshing to get a legendary hero. You do enough of them and you will get one.

If you are one of those very unlucky ones who have not gotten one yet and have done thousands of refreshed and have a few hundred spirits already, stay with it, You will more then likely hit a HOT streak soon and get 2 or more within a few days.

Also don't flip extra cards unless there is 3 or more purple/gold in which case 2 extra flips (VIP 5 I believe) will pretty much guarantee you one. 4 Purple/Gold and 1 extra flip is enough.

I have not gotten a single hero, or card , or ****. this game is ****, the developers are .. ok. .. the management of this game is HORSE****

I have Spent many Millions of Credits on Tavern - The Tavern is not at all Random. It is Fixed and is Very Dishonest. I have gotten nothing, no Shayd, no Saffron, no Dawnbringer, no Calvin, no Cianna, etc.

I am on the verge of demanding all of my money back in the many hundreds of dollars, because this is misrepresentation and Simply Fraud by Tynon.

Not to mention the 5 Stars, just dropped from my working heros, and 2 Level2 GemChips which just dissappeared as well, and nothing back from Tynon, they Do Not Care, They Take your Money and Do Not Care.

The Bugs are not being fixed and they are Not Reimbursing people who have spent Big Dollars and lost them due to the terrible Bugs in the Game. Fubar Tynon, Fubar !!

Do Not Play this Game, and especially Do Not Spend Money, Tynon Does Not Care, Tynon is Getting Very Rich, and are Very Dishonest !! Period.

Spent another 5 Million Credits on the Tavern, and again got absolutely Nothing.

Day after day this is how the Tavern works. Fixed firmly against the naive players.

If your intention is to make your paying customers absolutely Hate this game, you are certainly on track.

Perhaps you could just sell a Shayd for $250 Dollars, then we would actually know when / how you will let us have her for our formations.
