I am doing the quest in the whispering woods, and got to the Acrana academy section, where I killed all the undead. Then we had the server glitch, and I have been unable to progress since that point. The porta lwill not activate, the auto navigate does not function. It stayed this way all day, and the beginner reward for day 2 expired, when I should have been finished yesterday. I don't know what do now...any ideas?
i got directed to tynon customer support for the same issue, thats all we can do at this point
I have the exact problem-And I have 3 "pink" champions so NO WAY do I want to start over-how do you get to Tynion customer support-all I can find is billing support.
I don't know what we do now. I can't find any sort of customer support other than billing myself. I'd be happy to explain it to the devs if there was some way to reach them...
Billing support is Customer support, just not labelled too well. Report your concerns there.
